About Me!

   After graduating from high school, I became a Speech-Language Pathologist (Speech Therapist). I went to the University of Central Florida and received my BS in Communication Disorders. Then I went to graduate school at Western Kentucky University where I received my Masters Degree in Comm. Dis. After obtaining my Masters I moved back to Destin Florida where I met my wonderful husband. We were married in Pensacola and went to Hawaii for our honeymoon. I currently work in a skilled rehab. and nursing hospital/facility. I have worked with newborns to school-aged to the adult/geriatric population. I have also picked up a couple of hobbies. My first hobby is scuba diving with underwater photography. I've been in the florida reefs all the way to the northern pacific. My other hobby is traveling. I've been to basically all of our 50 states and I've traveled to Iceland, England, Scotland, and Italy! Our next trip will be to either Ireland or Australia. Lastly, my husband ! and I had our first beautiful baby boy this past July (2004). He is the cutiest, most adorable baby ever!! Well that is about it in a "nutshell".
